1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be a man aged 18 or older to create a member profile. Provide accurate information, use only photos and content you have permission to share, and keep your sign-in account secure. Do not impersonate another person or share access to your account.

2. The service

Members can create profiles, browse member profiles, like one another, and exchange direct messages after a mutual match. Free accounts include three active likes. Plus adds unlimited likes and the ability to see who likes you. Clearly labeled example profiles illustrate the service and are not members available to contact. We do not guarantee a match, reply, date, relationship, or number of active members.

Him & Him does not sell chat credits or charge per message. Paid membership is optional.

3. Monthly membership and automatic renewal

Him & Him Plus costs $19.99 USD per month and automatically renews every month until you cancel. Your first payment is charged at purchase. Any applicable taxes and the total due are shown at checkout before you pay. Stripe handles payment details and subscription billing. Review and expressly agree to the recurring charge before continuing to Stripe.

A purchase becomes active after payment confirmation. Check your membership status before attempting another payment if confirmation is delayed.

4. How to cancel renewal

Open Manage billing, enter the email address used at checkout, follow Stripe’s sign-in instructions, select your subscription, and complete the cancellation steps. The same link is available on the Membership and Checkout pages. Cancel before your next renewal to stop the next charge. Keep your cancellation confirmation.

Canceling renewal keeps Plus access through the end of the paid billing period. Pausing a profile, signing out, or stopping use of the site does not cancel a subscription.

5. Refund policy

Membership payments are generally nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires a refund or cancellation right. Subject to those rights, there are no prorated refunds for unused days, inactivity, or cancellation partway through a paid billing period.

This policy does not limit mandatory cooling-off periods, statutory cancellation rights, refunds for unauthorized or erroneous charges where required, or your right to dispute a charge with your payment provider. If a mandatory legal right conflicts with these terms, that legal right controls.

6. Member conduct and safety

Treat other members respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, scam, solicit money, post illegal content, or share another person’s private information without permission. Minors, sexual exploitation, paid sexual services, and sexually explicit images or content are prohibited. Do not use the service to sell goods or send spam.

Use the block control to prevent further contact and the report control on a member profile or conversation to send a concern to the site operator. Reports are not monitored around the clock. A profile is not a guarantee of a person’s identity or safety; use care when sharing information or arranging meetings. We may restrict accounts that violate these rules, subject to applicable law.

7. Profiles, photos, and visibility

You retain ownership of your content and permit Him & Him to store and display it as needed to operate the service. Visible member profiles and profile photos are available to signed-in members. You can edit, pause, or permanently delete your dating profile from My profile. Deleting a profile does not cancel a paid subscription. See our Privacy page for details about information use and retention. Other members may retain information you have already shared with them; avoid posting sensitive information.

8. Changes and your legal rights

Service availability and features may change. Material changes to subscription pricing or terms will be disclosed before they apply, with any notice and consent required by law. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
